There’s an old saying ‘prevention is better than cure’. There is no doubt that it is easier and better for us to prevent diseases occurring, than to try and reverse the destruction and pain they cause once they have taken hold.

We want our body and mind to be vibrant, youthful and energetic and enable us to live our lives to our fullest potential. So how do we get to and maintain this target of health? The answer is in the form of a few simple rules;
